The posting

Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Work Mode: Work From Office

We are looking for a React Native Developer who can understand product problems, work with partial requirements, use AI coding tools effectively, and take ownership of mobile application delivery.

This is a mobile-focused role, but you must have a good understanding of how the complete application works - mobile app, React, APIs, backend, authentication, data flow, and production behavior.

Over time, you will also be expected to gradually work across React web and Node.js backend when required.

What We Need

  • Good knowledge of React Native, JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Good understanding of React fundamentals
  • Experience with React Native components, hooks, navigation, state management and reusable components
  • Understanding of mobile application architecture and lifecycle
  • Experience integrating REST APIs / WebSockets
  • Good understanding of frontend/mobile-to-backend flow
  • Understanding of authentication, authorization and secure API integration
  • Experience with local storage and mobile data handling
  • Understanding of Android and iOS application builds and deployment
  • Ability to handle permissions, deep linking, push notifications and device-specific behavior
  • Ability to identify whether an issue is related to mobile, React, API, backend, or data
  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand an existing codebase quickly
  • Ability to build responsive and reusable mobile UI
  • Understanding of Git and development/deployment workflows
  • Ability to test your own work before sending it to QA

React & Backend Awareness

You are not expected to be a backend expert initially, but you should understand how the complete product works.

You should have basic understanding of:

  • React web applications
  • REST APIs
  • API request/response flow
  • Authentication and authorization
  • Node.js backend concepts
  • Database/API dependency
  • WebSockets / real-time communication
  • Frontend-to-backend debugging
  • Production issue flow

You should be willing to gradually take responsibility for React web and Node.js backend development as the product and team requirements evolve.

AI-Enabled Development

We actively use AI coding tools such as Claude Code and provide the required subscriptions.

You should know how to use AI for:

  • Understanding requirements
  • Research
  • Understanding existing code
  • Technical planning
  • Creating documentation
  • Preparing feature/user flows
  • Creating prototypes or proof of concepts
  • Implementation
  • Debugging
  • Testing
  • Code review
  • Understanding unfamiliar technologies

We do not want someone who only gives prompts to AI and waits for the answer.

You should be able to:

  • Give proper context to AI
  • Break problems into smaller tasks
  • Validate AI-generated code
  • Identify wrong assumptions
  • Improve generated solutions
  • Work on multiple activities in parallel
  • Keep execution moving while AI tools are working

Problem-to-Execution Mindset

In our product team, requirements will not always come as a fully prepared technical task.

Sometimes you may receive only:

  • A customer problem
  • A business requirement
  • A rough idea
  • Partial clarity
  • An expected outcome

Your responsibility is to help convert that into something executable.

Understand → Research → Ask Questions → Create Flow → Document → Prototype if Needed → Implement → Test → Verify

We are looking for people who can gradually prepare the solution, not only execute a ready-made task.

Product & Ownership Mindset

We are a product-based company.

You should understand:

  • Why a feature is required
  • What problem it solves
  • How customers will use it
  • What API/backend dependencies exist
  • Mobile-specific edge cases and failure states
  • Device and platform differences
  • Production impact

You should take responsibility for the complete outcome of your work.

Expected ownership:

Requirement → Planning → Implementation → Testing → Deployment → Verification → Documentation

Our culture is focused on ownership and outcomes, not simply completing assigned hours.

Flexibility & Delivery

You should be comfortable with:

  • Changing priorities
  • Working across different modules
  • Working on mobile, React and eventually backend-related activities
  • Urgent product requirements
  • Learning unfamiliar technologies
  • Supporting production fixes when needed
  • Delivering some requirements within short timelines
  • Taking responsibility for the final result

Future Scope – Full-Stack Product Development

As you grow in the role, you will gradually be expected to work beyond React Native.

The future scope includes:

  • React web development
  • Node.js / TypeScript backend development
  • REST APIs
  • WebSockets
  • Database interactions
  • Authentication and authorization
  • Background jobs and integrations
  • Production debugging
  • Full feature ownership across mobile, web and backend

You do not need to be an expert in all these areas today.

What is important is your ability and willingness to learn and take ownership across the complete product.

Future Scope – Agentic AI

Our future direction includes building more AI agents and automated product workflows.

Deep experience is not mandatory today, but you should be willing to learn:

  • LLM APIs
  • Tool calling
  • MCP
  • AI agents
  • Agent workflows
  • Automated operations

This role may not be suitable for candidates who expect fully prepared tasks, step-by-step instructions, or continuous dependency on senior developers.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
