About Our Family

We're a busy, active family of five rooted in entrepreneurship, with both parents running their own businesses — one frequently from home. Our household moves at a full pace: school schedules, extracurriculars, meal planning around complex dietary needs, a growing pet family, and a home that reflects both our love of order and our real, lived-in life.

We have three children at different life stages — one navigating the college application process, one in middle school, and one still very much in the playful, energetic phase of childhood. Our home is warm and welcoming, and we take pride in keeping it organized and running smoothly. We have a long-haired cat and a new puppy who are both very much part of the family.

We've had wonderful long-term support in the past and are looking to rebuild that foundation with the right person. We value consistency, trust, and a collaborative working relationship above all else.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a supportive, behind-the-scenes role and genuinely enjoys bringing calm and order to a busy household. You are a natural communicator — proactive about flagging what you notice, thoughtful about suggesting improvements, and respectful of the process of getting buy-in before making changes. You don't take over; you collaborate.

You follow through reliably, show up when you say you will, and take ownership of your tasks without needing constant direction. You're comfortable with dietary complexity, whether that means prepping allergy-friendly meals or researching new recipes that work for everyone at the table. You're at ease around pets, unhurried by the energy of kids, and unfazed by the daily rhythms of a home where people are actually working and living. You bring warmth, professionalism, and a steady presence to everything you do.

Key Responsibilities

Household Organization & Maintenance

  • Daily tidying, surface resets, light vacuuming, dishes, and general upkeep between deep cleaning visits
  • Managing high-traffic drop zones (entry areas, shoe storage)
  • Seasonal décor transitions (Halloween, winter holidays, etc.) and seasonal clothing rotations
  • Organization projects as needed: pantry, refrigerator, medicine cabinet, storage areas, playroom
  • Gift wrapping, birthday party prep, and school event supply coordination
  • Donation drop-offs for clothing, books, and household items (a frequent need in this home)
  • Vendor research, scheduling, and serving as point of contact for home repairs and service providers
  • Pool and patio upkeep coordination (skimming, pool toy management, seasonal oversight)

Administrative Support

  • Manage and maintain the family calendar, actioning and tracking school, household, and family-related events and details shared by the family
  • Support travel planning and preparation, helping coordinate logistics

Inventory & Errands

  • Restocking pantry and household supplies; managing subscription services
  • Putting away bulk purchases (seltzer, water, etc.)
  • Handling returns, dry cleaning drop-off/pickup, gift shopping, and miscellaneous errands

Meal Support

  • Chopping vegetables and prepping ingredients 2-3 times per week
  • Meal planning around complex dietary restrictions: gluten-free, dairy-free, and multiple food allergies across the family
  • Researching and suggesting allergy-friendly, varied recipes; use of AI meal planning tools is encouraged

Laundry & Linens

  • Gathering laundry from all rooms and having bags ready for scheduled pickup service (Mondays and Thursdays)
  • Putting away returned laundry — folded and sorted to the correct rooms
  • Potential future transition to fully in-house laundering support

Pet Care

  • Weekly cat litter box cleaning
  • Occasional dog walking during meetings or family travel
  • Managing pet supply inventory
  • Occasional pet-sitting support while the family is traveling

Vehicle Upkeep

  • Coordinating family vehicle washes approximately 3–4 times per month
  • Dropping family vehicles off for scheduled maintenance; Uber reimbursement provided

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
