About Our Family

We are a dynamic and accomplished couple who each run our own businesses and are looking for thoughtful, proactive support to make everyday life feel more organized and intentional. Between demanding schedules, frequent travel, and multiple properties, there is always something moving in the background. We value our time and are looking for someone who can take ownership of the details, anticipate needs, and help create more space for the things we enjoy — working out, reading, entertaining friends, and spending meaningful time together.

Denver is our primary home for much of the year, where we live in a two-level bungalow in West Highlands with a renovation on the horizon. During the summer, we spend time in Chicago and love the ability to go back and forth. Our household is calm but fast-moving, and we appreciate professionalism, discretion, and a partner who brings structure and thoughtful execution to everyday life.

Who You Are

You are a highly organized, resourceful professional who brings a natural sense of ownership to everything you do. You notice what needs attention, anticipate what is coming next, and confidently manage the details without waiting for direction. You are equally comfortable creating systems, coordinating logistics, and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.

You understand the importance of trust and discretion in a private household and are comfortable handling sensitive paperwork, personal schedules, and confidential information. You are tech-savvy and enjoy bringing order to both digital and physical spaces — whether that means managing calendars, organizing documents, or creating household systems that actually work. You communicate clearly, follow through consistently, and are comfortable coordinating with vendors, service providers, and other professionals.

You bring a polished, capable presence without needing to be the center of attention. You can work independently, read the room, and adapt to the needs of two busy individuals while maintaining a calm, professional approach. Experience supporting executives, entrepreneurs, or high-level private households is especially valuable.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
