About Our Family
We’re a busy, hardworking family of three with two German Shepherds, looking for someone who can bring a little more ease, organization, and breathing room to our everyday lives. Between work, commitments, and the never-ending list of things that keep a home running, we’d love to have a trusted person who can take some of the day-to-day responsibilities off our plates and help our home feel consistently cared for.
We enjoy eating well and appreciate a simple, practical approach to daily life. Having someone take the lead on grocery shopping, meal planning, and meal prepping healthy, protein-forward meals would make a meaningful difference, as would keeping up with laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and the everyday tidying that can quickly pile up. We’re looking for someone who sees what needs to be done, finds ways to make things easier, and takes pride in creating a home that feels organized, comfortable, and ready for whatever the week brings.
Just as importantly, we’d love someone who can bring fresh ideas and help establish routines and systems that actually work for our household. Whether that means keeping the kitchen stocked, making sure laundry doesn’t get behind, or figuring out a more efficient way to manage recurring tasks, we value someone who thinks ahead and helps us stay one step ahead, too.
This is primarily a household-focused role, with the opportunity to grow alongside our family as our needs and life evolve. We’re excited to find someone who can become a trusted part of our routine and make a genuine difference in how our home functions day-to-day.
Who You Are / What We’re Looking For
You’re the kind of person who naturally notices the little things that make a home feel good. You might see that the refrigerator needs restocking, the laundry is ready to be folded, or a few simple preparations today could make tomorrow much easier. You enjoy taking ownership of your work, can prioritize independently, and feel comfortable creating structure without needing a detailed list of instructions for every task.
You’re also comfortable in the kitchen and enjoy making food a little easier for a busy household. You can plan clean, healthy meals, handle grocery shopping thoughtfully, and prepare ingredients and meals that support a fresh, straightforward approach to eating. You understand that the small details matter, from keeping the kitchen clean and functional to making sure everyday essentials are always on hand.
You’re happy to pitch in wherever needed, whether that means tackling laundry, washing dishes, vacuuming, resetting shared spaces, or keeping household supplies organized. You understand that household management isn’t just about checking off chores; it’s about paying attention, anticipating needs, and creating systems that make life run more smoothly over time.
Above all, you’re dependable, trustworthy, resourceful, and take pride in a job well done. You’re comfortable working independently, open to finding better ways of doing things, and genuinely enjoy helping others feel more supported in their daily lives. ⏎
If you love the satisfaction of a well-run home, enjoy bringing order to a busy household, and want to do work that makes a tangible difference in someone’s everyday life, we’d love to meet you.
