About Our Family

We’re a busy, welcoming household with two working parents, a young child, and two beloved pets. Both parents have demanding careers, and travel is a regular part of our lives. We have a lot going on, and we’re looking for someone who can help bring a little more ease and organization to the everyday details of running our home.

We already have wonderful support in place, including a nanny who handles childcare during the day and a cleaning crew that comes monthly. What we’re looking for now is someone who can take ownership of the household tasks that happen in between. From meal planning and grocery shopping to errands, organization and tidying, this person will help make sure the details are handled and the home continues to run smoothly.

We value people who are dependable, thoughtful, and willing to take initiative. The right person will become a trusted part of our household and someone we can rely on to notice what needs to be done and follow through.

Who You Are / What We’re Looking For

You're warm, dependable, and naturally proactive, someone who takes real satisfaction in knowing things are taken care of. Once you understand how our household runs, you're comfortable managing your responsibilities independently, keeping track of the details, and following through.

You're organized and good at creating and maintaining systems that make everyday life easier. You are happy to make sure everything is in its place. You communicate clearly, ask questions when something is unclear, and enjoy learning how a family likes things done. You have a real interest in food and cooking, and the idea of building out a rotating dinner menu with intention and creativity excites you.

You're open-minded, compassionate, and thoughtful in the way you interact with others. You have good social awareness and can read the room — knowing when to be conversational and engaged, and when the situation requires more professionalism. You're comfortable around young children and pets. At the same time, you understand this is a household management and personal assistant role, and you're someone who can see what needs attention, take ownership of it, and find your rhythm within our home.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
