1、本科及以上学历，5年以上项目管理工作经验； 2、对智能控制器（PCBA）产品有比较清晰的概念，熟悉PCBA制程工艺，常见电子元器件及其性能、参数及常见供应商优先； 3、熟悉PCBA产品OEM、ODM项目主要流程，熟练协调项目管理相关方的输出 (如研发，中试，NPI，DFX，QE)； 4、以PMP为基础，具备整体管理、范围管理、目标成本管理、时间管理等能力； 5、具备良好的沟通，协调和组织能力，善跨部门沟通协调与组织； 6、富有责任心，逻辑性强，反应迅速，执行力强，具备较强的抗压能力，以目标为导向，发现问题时，能够积极有效有序地推进和解决问题。
