岗位职责： 1. 负责量产测试设备维护，产品不良分析，设备异常处理，ICT，FCT等测试设备优化调试 2. 负责非标自动化设备的日常运营及维护保养，能独立解决设备问题，保证产品质量与生产交付任务 3. 负责量产文件的制定与维护 4. 负责测试技术员与操作员的日常操作培训与能力提升 5. 主导测试过程中不良品分析，量产直通率的提升，误测率的降低等指标

岗位要求： 1. 熟悉各种ICT设备（泰瑞达，3070，德律，派捷）的调试与运维，能独立优化程序，提升测试直通率。 2. 熟悉各种功能测试设备原理（烧录，高压，FCT，EOL，老化等等） 3. 熟悉非标自动化设备的操作与运维 4. 熟悉Labview程序，能对程序进行一定的优化升级 5. 熟悉各种测试设备的验收方法：应力测试，GR&R， Cpk等等 6. 熟悉产品原理图，能对不良品进行异常分析。
