1. 本科及以上学历，熟悉汽车行业产品的开发管理流程，； 2. 5年以上项目管理工作经验，有Tier1项目管理工作经验及持PMP证书者优先； 3. 熟悉IATF16949，VDA及各车厂审核体系，熟悉质量五大工具，8D，5Why； 4. 具备良好的沟通，协调和组织能力，富有责任心，执行力强，具备较强的抗压能力，以目标为导向，发现问题时，能够积极有效有序地推进和解决问题； 5. 必要时，接受短期海外工厂出差，主导所负责的项目的PPAP活动以及项目转产工作，支持客户及第三方海外工厂审厂活动等； 6. 英语听说读写流利。
