岗位职责： 1、协同负责车身电子类总体产品规划，并带队预研下一代产品； 2、指导安排落实产品线的硬件电路开发、打样、测试工作； 3、完成产品开发过程中的产品规格书、方案设计说明书等各类文档，并及时归档； 4、完成控制器的硬件系统架构设计、成本控制，可行性风险评估。 5、跟踪了解市场和同行的技术发展趋势、提高产品设计的竞争力。 6、指导解决产品中的技术难题，包括EMC整改。 任职资格： 1、电机控制、电力电子、电气传动、自动化/控制理论与控制工程相关专业，硕士及以上学历； 2、熟悉各类常用设计软件，有域控制器硬件硬件开发经验者优先； 3、在汽车电子行业至少有8年及以上硬件开发工作经验，能独立承担控制器硬件开发工作； 4、熟悉MCU工作原理，精通CAN/LIN,SPI,UART等通讯接口，精通模拟电路和数字电路。 5、熟练掌握高速电路设计，熟练掌握芯片接口设计，等对信号完整性有深刻理解，有射频，SOC等研发经验者优先； 6、有车身控制器，无钥匙进入及启动控制器，门模块控制器等产品研发经验者优先； 7、具有较强的学习、创新能力，独立工作能力强，并具有团队精神，有较强的沟通、协调能力，愿意接受挑战。 8、英文4级及以上，能口语表达优先，有团队管理经验有限。
