1、负责新产品的品质策划，编写品质控制计划，新产品的品质风险评估, 新产品试产的准备确认及制程的符合性确认， 试产过程跟进，及跟进问题点至结案，可靠性测试的安排. 2、组织相关成员对客户来访及稽核的内部准备，以及跟进客户提出的问题点的内部改善至结案 3、客户投诉反馈的处理，组织内部相关成员进行原因分析及制定验证改善措施，并将品质损失降至最低，lesson learnt 的推行及应用于新产品的预防. 4、建立和维护客户关系, 客户端品质数据及不良品的收集及推动内部分析改善. 5、客户需求及要求的内部导入。

1. 大学本科以上学历，三年以上工作经验； 2. 熟悉PCBA生产流程，熟悉QC7大手法、8D报告、ISO以及TS16949等相关体系知识；对品质改进有实际的操作经验； 3. 沟通协调能力强，较强的责任心，能吃苦，服从上级安排，有大型EMS企业工作经验优先。 4.英语口语流利，可以作为工作语言。
