岗位职责 1、负责公司质量管理目标和方案，建立、维护并持续改善质量管理体系，并确保其有效运行； 2、负责前期质量管理，搭建研发质量管理体系； 3、负责NPI质量管理，搭建相关团队，梳理完善相关流程； 4、进行实验室管理， 对供应商进行各类监察、提升供应商质量保证能力； 6、能根据具体工作编制、修订相关的管理规定／基准／流程／表格； 7、协调新产品相关团队及与其他部门密切合作。 8、建立完善的质量管理体系培训机制，提升整个团队水平。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，电子信息，电气自动化或质量相关专业； 2、5年以上汽车电子制造行业质量管理工作经验，有智能驾驶、PCBA等质量管理相关工作经验； 3、熟悉IPQP、IATF16949、VDA6.3的相关知识，熟练应用质量管理工具以及管理知识； 4、有前期质量管理、实验室管理，SDE、NPI等相关经验优先，熟悉主机厂审核流程，能协助配合完成审核； 5、具有较强的分析、解决问题的能力和较好的执行力， 具备优秀的领导力、决策能力以及沟通协调能力； 6、英语可以作为汇报语言。
