岗位职责： 1.负责项目定点后，产品需求开发，作为研发部内外的技术窗口； 2.指导输出系统框图，产线测试清单，系统FMEA, 产品需求规格书，特殊特性清单的等项目输出物。 3. 能指导带领研发团队解决技术上的难题，实现产品的顺利量产。 4.能在系统设计层面，提出更好的设计方案，使得产品具有技术和产品成本的竞争力。 5.跟踪产品市场表现，收集市场反馈，提出年款、中期改款和换代产品策略； 6. 分析市场的发展趋势及竞争对手的产品策略, 研究客户需求特征，了解未来趋势和发展，制定相应的产品定位和制胜指标； 7. 跟踪市场需求变化、产品市场表现及用户反馈，对产品的造型、配置、价格等进行策划，提出细分市场进入策略和产品需求提案； 8. 把握行业、竞品等实时动态，持续改进产品，提升用户体验； 9. 定义产品上市价格、商务政策、产品特性等，参与产品上市策略，支持整体营销策略；

任职资格： 1.自动化、机电一体化等电子类专业背景，本科及以上学历，硕士优先 2.熟悉控制原理、控制方法、控制算法等，能够进行控制系统的分析和设计。 3.熟悉UDS协议, AUTOSAR/OSEK网络管理，AUTOSAR等工具， 4.熟悉使用CANOE,PLin，VickCan，simulink/Stateflow等工具的使用。 5.熟悉ASPICE CL2，ISO26262,ISO21434等研发体系。 6.熟悉基本的数字电路，熟悉C语言。 7.从0主导开发量产过车身类控制器产品，具有车身控制器BCM，域控制器，无钥匙进入及启动系统，座椅控制器等产品开发经验优先。 7.英语可以作为汇报语言。
