Deine Herausforderung

Du berätst unsere Automobilkunden bei der Einführung neuer Produkte und Prozesse und entwickelst dazu passende Trainings- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du berätst unsere Kunden inhaltlich und kreativ von Kick-off bis Projektabschluss – mit Fokus auf Training & Qualifizierung.
  • Entwicklung von Blended-Learning Strategien und Planungen, schwerpunktmäßig für Verkäuferzielgruppen.
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Trainingsformaten – von der Idee bis zur Erstellung der Trainingsmedien, einschließlich Management-Präsentationen.
  • Erstellung und Optimierung von Kommunikationsmedien mit Fokus auf technische Inhalte.
  • Visuelle Konzeption und Groblayouts für eine zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation.
  • Tiefgehende Einarbeitung in komplexe Sachverhalte durch Recherche und Analyse mit dem Ziel eines fundierten inhaltlichen Verständnisses.
  • Komplexe technische Inhalte in didaktisch sinnvolle und verkaufsfördernde Botschaften übersetzen.
  • Inhaltliche Steuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern (z. B. Filmproduktion).
  • Koordination interner und externer Projektteams.
  • Teilnahme an internationalen Trainingsevents mit möglicher Trainerrolle.

Dein Profil

  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und konzeptionell.
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Training oder interne Kommunikation.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche oder kannst dich für das Thema Auto begeistern (lernen).
  • Du arbeitest dich tief in Themen ein und berätst Kunden und interne Teams fundiert.
  • Du bist es gewohnt, mit vielen Bällen gleichzeitig zu jonglieren und lässt dabei nichts fallen.
  • Du kannst Aufgaben, Themen und Inhalte eigenverantwortlich priorisieren.
  • Du hast Lust, eigene Projekte zu verantworten und dabei interne und externe Teams zu steuern.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und findest im Umgang mit verschiedensten Interaktionspartnern die richtigen Worte – auch auf Englisch.
  • Team- und Fairplay sind für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
