In deiner Rolle unterstützt du unser HR-Team in allen operativen und administrativen Prozessen, von der Betreuung neuer Mitarbeitender bis zur Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern. Du wirst früh Verantwortung übernehmen und eng in Sonderprojekte zur Verbesserung unserer Arbeitsabläufe eingebunden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Begleitung und Betreuung neuer Mitarbeitender während der Onboarding-Phase
  • Erstellung von Stellenausschreibungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Begleitung und Steuerung des Recruitings
  • Pflege und Verwaltung unseres HR-Managementsystems
  • Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende in allen operativen, personalrelevanten Fragestellungen über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle hinweg
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und Zeugnissen
  • Beteiligung an HR-Sonderprojekten zur Verbesserung unserer Arbeitsabläufe
  • Verwaltung der Personalakten sowie Datenpflege
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen HR-Dienstleistern, wie Lohnbüros (Vor- und Nachbereitung der Gehaltsabrechnungen), Rechtsanwaltskanzleien und Headhuntern

Dein Profil

  • Du bist immatrikulierter Student (w/m/d) und während des gesamten Einsatzzeitraums eingeschrieben
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich, beispielsweise durch ein Praktikum, sind von Vorteil
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und Engagement
  • Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke in Wort und Schrift
  • Zuverlässige, respektvolle und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Längerfristige Verfügbarkeit, idealerweise mit Perspektive für einen späteren Einstieg
