Als Werkstudent (w/m/d) in unserer Finance-Abteilung erhältst Du die Möglichkeit, in verschiedene Bereiche wie Accounting, Controlling und Konzernreporting hineinzuschnuppern. Du wirst von Anfang an voll in das Team integriert und unterstützt uns bei vielfältigen Aufgaben – von der operativen Buchhaltung bis hin zu spannenden Projekten im Finanzbereich. So bekommst Du einen umfassenden Einblick in die Finanzprozesse eines Unternehmens mit Konzernstruktur.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der laufenden Buchhaltung (inkl. Arbeiten mit DATEV) und im Zahlungsverkehr
  • Prüfung und Buchung von Rechnungen sowie Klärung von Differenzen mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern
  • Mitarbeit im Controlling, z. B. bei Analysen, Reportings und Forecasts
  • Unterstützung bei der Konzernberichterstattung und bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer ERP-Landschaft und deren Integration in die Finanzprozesse
  • Arbeiten mit Power BI: Erstellung von Dashboards, Auswertungen und Visualisierungen für Management-Reports
  • Übernahme kleinerer Projekte im Finance-Bereich – je nach Interesse und Verfügbarkeit

Dein Profil

  • Immatrikulierte/r Student/in der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting, Controlling oder IT-nahe Themen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; erste Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen und/oder BI-Tools (Power BI) sind ein Plus
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an digitalen Finanzprozessen
  • Zahlenaffinität sowie eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Zuverlässiger Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Lust, Neues zu lernen
