PROPOSITO GENERAL DEL PUESTO:

Brindar servicio técnico especializado en mantenimiento, reparación, inspección y puesta en marcha de equipos de perforación de superficie, asegurando la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de la flota. Ejecutar mantenimientos programados, resolver imprevistos, realizar análisis de fallas y asesorar técnicamente al cliente, cumpliendo normas y procedimientos de Sandvik y del mandante.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

  • Ejecutar de manera autónoma mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos, incluyendo reparaciones complejas en equipos e instalaciones.
  • Diagnosticar fallas en sistemas y componentes, aplicando conocimientos técnicos y proponiendo soluciones efectivas.
  • Brindar asesoría técnica en terreno a clientes, identificando oportunidades de mejora y riesgos operacionales.
  • Proponer mejoras en procesos y procedimientos de mantenimiento para aumentar la eficiencia y satisfacción del cliente.
  • Planificar y gestionar recursos necesarios (herramientas, materiales, repuestos) para la ejecución de trabajos.
  • Supervisar actividades de mantenimiento, asegurando el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y políticas de la empresa.
  • Coordinar trabajos de reparación mayor y liderar equipos de trabajo cuando se requiera.
  • Elaborar informes técnicos detallados sobre las intervenciones realizadas.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con clientes, entregando recomendaciones para mejorar la disponibilidad de los equipos.
  • Utilizar y actualizar sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento y software de equipos.
  • Capacitar y apoyar a técnicos/as junior, transfiriendo conocimientos y buenas prácticas.
  • Fomentar el desarrollo del equipo técnico mediante acompañamiento y formación continua

SU PERFIL:

  • Título técnico(a) de nivel superior o Ingeniería en las carreras de Electromecánica, Mantenimiento Industrial, Mecánica, Maquinaria Pesada o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 6 años en cargo similar con maquinaria pesada.
  • Conocimientos en equipos de perforación superficie (excluyente).
  • Experiencia en supervisión y liderazgo de equipos de trabajo.
  • Inglés técnico básico (excluyente).

OTROS:

  • Disponibilidad para Viajar dentro y fuera de Chile.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en sistema de turno 7x7 o 4x3, según necedidad del negocio.
  • Licencia de conducción clase B, mínimo antigüedad 3 años (excluyente).
  • Licencia de conducción clase D (deseable).
  • Residencia en Zona Norte (excluyente).
