求人内容

眼科医療の最適化に向け、エビデンスジェネレーション／パブリケーションを統括。臨床研究の計画・実行から、上市後製品・疾患課題の解明、質の高いデータ創出・発信までを一貫して担う。

●眼科領域の医療上の課題やアンメットニーズを把握し、中長期視点でブランドプラン（マーケティング部門との協働）、メディカルプラン（社外医科学専門家 エンゲージメント、エビデンスジェネレーション、パブリケーションプラン)の立案・実行におけるエビデンスジェネレーション関連事項を統括する。またグローバル製品に関しては、グローバルメディカルアフェーズとの戦略立案の整合性を図る。

●眼科領域のエビデンスジェネレーション関連の戦略実行のPDCAを確実に効率的に行うことにより、迅速に課題を特定し、解決策を起案・推進することで目標達成を目指す。

●エビデンスジェネレーションプランに沿って臨床研究（一部非臨床研究含む）計画を立案し、質の高い研究プロトコールに展開し、医療機関およびベンダーとの協業を効率的に行うことにより、研究・パブリケーションの成功確度・データの質・スピードを高める。

資格

■必須経験

・製薬企業での研究開発経験（非臨床あるいは臨床）またはMA、MSL、Study managerのいずれかの経験

・臨床研究計画の立案・実行および研究成果の発信（学会発表、論文化）

・組織またはプロジェクトチームマネジメント経験（ピープルマネジメント経験があれば望ましい）

・困難な状況に柔軟に対応するマインドをお持ちの方
