求人内容

薬粧事業部のVisionである、生活者の眼の健康に貢献するための本質的なアイケア実現のため、チームのリーダーとして、関連する社内外のすべてのステークホルダーに対し良好な関係を構築しながら、事業遂行上の課題を認識、分析し、スピード感をもって、特に下記を中心にチームメンバーを指揮していく。

•中長期の事業成長に寄与する、各ブランド戦略立案と実行のリード

•各ブランド戦略に基づく、生活者へのプロモーション、コミュニケーションの実行、ブランド予算、収益管理のリード

•チームメンバーの育成

【具体的には】

① 全社および薬粧事業部の事業計画に基づく、ブランド価値創造と戦略の策定

‐各種調査や市場データに基づき、継続的な事業成長に貢献するブランドの中長期 戦略の立案と提案を実施する

‐ブランドP/Lを熟慮し、原価やプロモーションの効率化等を通じて収益を最大化する

‐製品企画チーム、研究・開発部門と連携し、製品の開発や改良を実施する

‐生活者のアイケアの意識レベルを向上させるためにアイケア関連サービスの開発を実施する

②マーケティングプロモーション活動

‐広告（動画、WEB、SNS、OOH、イベント等）や、流通企業の店頭を中心に展開する各種販促プロモーションを駆使し、生活者にSanten製品/サービスの価値を伝達することで売上/利益を創出する

‐マーケティングPDCAを推進し、場当たり的な対応を排除し、業務効率を最大化する

‐常に各ブランドの売上および費用の予実を把握し、課題が生じた場合はメンバーと関連部門を連携させ、スピード感を持ったアクションを取る

③広告代理店、関連会社などの協業およびマネジメント

‐広告代理店、媒体社、制作会社等との協業効果を最大化するとともに、必要に応じて見直し、広告費最適化を通して事業部の収益に貢献する

④ メンバー育成と組織基盤強化

資格

【求める経験・スキル】

◆一般用医薬品または消費財・日用品業界等におけるマーケティング経験

◆ブランドマネージャー経験

◆組織マネジメント経験

※マーケティングの実務経験３年以上

具体的には、戦略立案スキル／市場・売上データ分析スキル/広告制作の経験/新製品開発の経験/生活者調査の企画設計・分析スキルプレゼン資料作成・プレゼンスキル 等

【求める人物像】

人物像の必要要件として、卓越したコミュニケーション能力をベースに、周りのメンバーを統率するリーダーシップ及び表現力が必須。ブランドビジネスの判断者として解釈力、思考力が高い事が望ましい。
