滋賀品質管理チームマネージャーの指揮下にあって、上位方針・戦略との整合性を担保しつつ、世界的に適合する参天製薬滋賀工場のGMP品質システムの保持のため、適切な科学的根拠を背景にした適切な品質管理システムの保持の遂行を通じて、高品質な製品を社会に提供することを基本使命とします。

バリデーション・品質管理に関わるシステムの戦略を立案・更新・実践することで、「品質基本方針」を達成します。また、担当する業務においてチームマネージャーの職務を補佐し、品質管理業務の課題解決に向けて自律的に業務遂行することで、チーム運営の適正化および組織目標の達成に貢献します。

本ポジションの主な成果責任、役割責任は以下の通りです。

  • 新製品・上市品の安定供給のため、上位者からの包括的な指示のもと信頼性の高い品質管理が円滑に遂行できるよう製品上市に必要な情報を収集、解析し、工場内の関連部門へ適切に情報提供・共有化を行う。また全体スケジュールを把握し、チーム内の進捗管理を行うことで、計画通りに自律的に業務を遂行する。
  • バリデーション・品質管理に関わる品質指針を実行するプロトコルを作成し、実施にかかわる調整を行いながら実践することで、品質システムの向上を達成する。
  • 品質管理業務の合理化、適正化（バリデーション手法）を立案・実行することにより、試験業務に係るコストや製造コストの低減を達成する。
  • 社内不具合、OOS、社外クレーム、依頼試験などに関して、具体的解決策の立案・実施あるいは技術的支援を円滑に遂行することを通じて、製品品質の維持と顧客満足の向上を達成する。
  • 上記遂行に関し、プロフェッショナルとして下位メンバーの手本となり、必要に応じてチームマネージャーとともに所属組織メンバーの育成にあたる。

資格

<必要経験・スキル>

  • 医薬品の品質管理に5年以上従事したご経験

  • 業務を遂行するために、滋賀工場内の関連部署と適宜率先して交渉・調整ができる
  • 未知・突発的な事象に対しても、経験・知識に基づく適切な判断・対応ができる
  • 自主的に物事を考え、行動し、責任をもってやり抜く意欲のある方
  • チーム運営にあたり、運営戦略の具体化並びにその実施ができる
  • 品質管理試験に関する幅広い知識と経験があり、発生あるいは潜在する問題の解決策を立案することができる
