医薬品品質保証チームは、参天製薬が日本国内で製造販売する医療用/一般用医薬品・健康補助食品の品質保

証体制の維持・管理および海外輸出入品を扱う本社品質保証機能（グローバル機能）を担う。

参天日本法人における GMP/GDP 品質部門の主導役を務め、GMP および GDP の実施及び遵守状況を確認すること、かつ参天製薬の品質要件を満たすため、社内品質システムを継続的に構築、維持、改善し、製造管理及び品質管理の適正運用を確認することで、医療用/一般用医薬品、健康補助食品および治験薬の品質保証を適切に行うことを基本使命とする。

■該当する業務においてチームマネージャーの職務を補佐し、時にはチームマネージャーの代理を務め、品質システムの構築・維持のための課題を設定し、短・中長期的なチーム戦略を立案し、提案する。

■日常的に自部門に限らずValue Chainでの情報収集・分析に努め、戦略の遂行状況を把握し、PDCAサイクルにより、円滑で効率的な活動を推進する。

■職務分野のプロフェッショナルとして下位メンバーの手本となり、チームマネージャーとともに所属組織メンバーの育成にあたることでチーム運営の適正化および組織目標の達成に貢献する。

・Santen品質マニュアル、cGXPおよび国内外規制に従い社内工場およびGXP組織と連携し、日本市場における主導役として品質システムの構築と維持管理および強固なプロセスの構築・標準化に向けた改善を行う。

・GQP管理基準および手順に準拠した医薬品品質システム（逸脱/CAPA、変更管理、文書管理、教育訓練、取決めなど）を構築、維持、改善する

・製造委託先、供給業者管理の運用および継続的な改善を行う。

・日本・海外規制及び標的市場国規制に適合する新製品の上市活動を行う。

・国内市場向け製品及び輸出用製品の、治験薬Phase及び商用Phaseにおける製品品質管理を推進する。

・ターゲット市場要件に基づく海外輸出入品の品質保証業務の実務およびサポートを行う。

・他社製造販売業者との販売提携製品の品質協定を遵守するとともに適正な品質情報の取扱いを行う。

・GDPガイドラインに準拠した医薬品販売業者への医薬品の市販後納入、保管、供給業務に関する品質保証業務を行う。

・品質KPIsのモニタリング及び継続的改善の推進、マネジメントへの報告を実施する

資格

<必要経験>

必須

・医薬品業界での品質保証の経験 (GQP、工場 QA としての GMP 及び GDP 経験：少なくとも 10 年以上)

・医薬品品質システムの責任者として運用管理・改善等の経験

・英語によるビジネスコミュニケーション経験（中級以上）

歓迎

・医薬品の CMC 研究、製造・品質に関する実務経験又は知識

・国内外当局査察対応経験、新製品の国内外申請業務の経験、製造所の GMP 監査経験

・海外での業務経験

・cGMP 及び ICH ガイドライン知識、薬事関連知識

・英語によるビジネスコミュニケーション経験（上級以上）
