求人内容

工場長の指揮下にあって、「薬事法」「医薬品、医療機器等の品質、有効性及び安全性の確保等に関する法律施行令」及び「滋賀工場GMP管理基準書類」に従い、製品標準書、製造管理基準書又は製造衛生管理基準書に基づき以下5項目を基本使命とし医薬品の製造管理にかかる業務を管理いただきます。

（１）医薬品品質システム(PQS)の管理

医薬品品質システムが適切に運用されるように管理する。

（２）製造プロセスの管理・監督

原料・材料・製品の規格や製造手順が承認事項と一致するように管理する。

（３）改善活動の推進

GMPシステムの運用状況を確認し必要に応じて改善提案する。

（４）逸脱対応

逸脱発生時には、迅速に対応し必要な処置を指示する。

（５）メンバー育成

製造部門のメンバーに対して適切な教育・指導を行いGMP遵守を徹底する。

また、滋賀・能登工場を横断した品質保証力の向上、人材育成、業務プロセス・システムの改革などベストプラクティスの構築により組織力強化に努め、グローバル市場での競争優位を推進いただきます。

特に品質保証力の向上に注力し、世界的に適合するGMP品質システムの構築と継続的な維持を通じて、顧客から信頼される適正な品質保証を達成することを目指します。

資格

必須条件

  • 製薬業界での5〜10年以上の経験。
  • 製造管理上必要な法規制（薬事法、国内外GMP）に熟知すること、内部および外部監査への対応経験。
  • 製造プロセスや構造設備を熟知しており、製造管理システムの構築、最適化と製造管理基準の立案・見直しができる。
  • 医薬品製造の本質（安全性、有効性、均一性）を理解し、製造管理への落し込みができる。
  • プロジェクトやタスクフォースのリーダー的経験があり、部門間との連携能力があり、実行管理を確実に担える。

希望条件

  • 学歴: 工学、薬学、化学、または関連分野の学士号以上。修士号が望ましい。
  • LEAN、生産性向上活動（例：Six Sigma）の経験
  • 英語スキル（読み書きおよび会話レベル）
