Document Management Teamは、文書管理の立場から各規制における品質を維持し、参天製薬の企業価値向上を図るチームです。医薬品開発や医療機器開発における多岐に渡る文書管理を通じてR&D全体の品質維持や研究開発資産管理に貢献していただきます。

求人内容

規制当局の要求事項に対して会社の品質基準に基づく最適な品質を確保するために、以下の役割を担当していただきます。

・QMS関連業務（文書管理、ISO調査対応 など）

・GLP関連業務（資料保存、文書管理、規制当局調査対応 など）

・奈良研究開発センター資料保存室管理業務（治験薬GMP／信頼性基準／Non-GxP文書の管理）

・文書管理システム（VQD；Vault QualityDocs）管理業務（運用整備、CSV活動、トレーニング など）

・関連するSOPの維持・管理

・担当業務における品質及び生産性向上のための業務改善活動

資格

必要経験・スキル：

・文書管理業務（手順書等の作成、文書及び記録の保管）の経験がある方

・Microsoft Officeの利用スキル

ーWord；スタイル設定、アウトライン機能、目次作成機能等を活用し、文書を構造的に作成・編集できる

ーExcel；複数シート・複数ファイルにまたがるデータの照合、集計、加工を関数中心で実施できる

ーPowerPoint；相手に伝わりやすい構成・レイアウトで資料を作成できる

歓迎要件：

・QMS、GLP、信頼性基準等の規制要件に関する知識を有する

・Veeva Vault製品での文書管理経験を有する

・情報を構造的に整理し、課題や要求事項を論理的に分析・説明できる

・関連部門担当者との円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる

・問題点を的確かつ客観的に判断できる

・自身の意見を適切に第三者に伝えることができる

・自律的に業務計画を立案し遂行することができる
