Accounting & Tax Groupでは、決算実務リーダーとしてマネージャーをサポートする経理スペシャリストを募集しています。当部門はSantenグループにおける制度会計・税務・財務に関する統括部署として機能し、様々な経営課題の解決に貢献しています。具体的には下記のような業務を通じて重要な役割を担い、会社とともに成長していける意欲のある方の応募をお待ちしております。

＜業務範囲＞

連結決算業務、単体決算業務、法定開示書類作成、固定資産業務、原価計算業務、税務申告関連業務、財務・資金管理業務、内部統制関連業務、その他会計、税務、財務に関する業務全般等。

＜役割＞

  • 関連法規や会計基準に則り、経理・税務の担当業務について中心的役割を担います。国内外の関係者とも協同して、経営課題への取り組みや実務業務の取りまとめをしていただきます。
  • 会計監査や税務調査において、監査法人や税務当局との議論や折衝の中心的役割を担います。
  • 大局的な指針、方向性のもと課題解決の提案を自律的に行うとともに、下位等級者の指導にあたります。

＜具体的推進例＞

  • IFRSに基づく単体・連結決算作業及び開示書類作成をリード。必要に応じてマネージャーに提案、判断をあおぎ自律的に推進。
  • グローバルな税務課題に対して適法性と節税の両視点から最適な検討・提案を実施。
  • 会計基準や規制の変更に関する最新情報の入手、他社事例調査やアイデアの共有など、チームの業務品質、生産性を高めることに貢献。専門的知識・技術をもって下位等級者にも指導し、チーム全体のパフォーマンス向上に貢献。

資格

  • 日商簿記1～2級（歓迎要件：公認会計士資格）
  • 監査法人及び税務当局と議論が出来る水準の会計・税務知識及びそれら実務経験
  • 本社における連結決算/単体決算/法定開示業務の実務経験
  • TOEIC730以上、英語での会議
  • IFRS及び日本会計基準の知識
  • エクセル上級、PPT中級以上のスキル
  • 自律的に関係者と協働し、業務を牽引するリーダーシップ
  • 客観的分析能力、論理的思考力、交渉力、コミュニケーション能力
