Job Description
What you will do
- Work exclusively with ophthalmologists.
- Conduct approximately 14 meetings per day (including business trips to Chernivtsi).
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare specialists.
- Share scientific and product-related information to support ophthalmology practice.
- Contribute to Santen’s mission of improving eye health and patient well-being.
Що ви будете робити
- Працювати виключно з офтальмологами.
- Проводити близько 14 зустрічей на день (включаючи відрядження до Чернівців).
- Вибудовувати та підтримувати професійні відносини з лікарями.
- Надавати інформаційну та наукову підтримку щодо продуктів компанії.
- Сприяти реалізації місії Santen — покращенню здоров’я очей і якості життя пацієнтів.
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role
Technical:
- Medical or pharmaceutical education
- Category B driver’s license and driving experience
- Experience in an international pharmaceutical company (advantage)
- Ethical business approach; negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent Ukrainian; English is a plus
Personal:
- Desire to grow and learn
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Flexible, communicative, and well-organized

Що ми пропонуємо:
- Конкурентну заробітну плату: ринкову базову зарплату від 490 123,20 до 673 919,40 гривень, залежно від досвіду та місця роботи.
