As Santen Vietnam continues to grow and expand its business, we are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Pharmacy Key Account Executive.

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, the Pharmacy Key Account Executive will be responsible for executing pharmacy chain strategies, including product, pricing, promotion, and assortment initiatives, to maximize the growth of Santen products in Vietnam. The role manages assigned pharmacy chain accounts, drives sales and KPI achievement, collaborates with marketing and field teams to increase market penetration, and develops strong customer relationships through effective account management and market insights. The position also monitors market trends and competitor activities, providing recommendations to support business growth and account development.

What you will do

  • Identify the commercial potential markets for assigned accounts.
  • Executing activities with key accounts: planned price, trade promotion, collaborating activities, ... to ensure meeting company direction.
  • Build up good relationships with key accounts, relevant to maximize KPI results and achieve business performance
  • Work to level up key accounts by increasing availability and visibility of Santen products through negotiation & execution
  • Collaborate with marketing and customers to execute activities on field to ensure Pharmacy Chain business performance.
  • Communicate and correspond to key accounts as assigned towards succession of implementation, monitoring, and tracking for campaigns, trade promotions, partnership program.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.

What you will bring to the role

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Executive or Key Account Supervisor roles, preferably within the FMCG, OTC, healthcare, or pharmacy sectors.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Modern Trade and Pharmacy Chain channels.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and innovative mindset.

Skills

  • Results-driven with a strong commercial focus.
  • Excellent market development and account management capabilities.
  • Strong execution and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Pharmacy or Health Sciences background is preferred.
