SASSYCLASSY ist eines der am schnellsten wachsenden Fashion E-Commerce Unternehmen Deutschlands mit Sitz in München. Mit über 30 Mitarbeiter*innen, einem eigenen Lager und einer wachsenden IT-Infrastruktur – inklusive lokalem GPU-Server für KI-Anwendungen – brauchen wir jemanden, der unsere gesamte Office-IT am Laufen hält und weiterentwickelt.

Wieso brauchen wir dich?

Als IT-Systemadministratorin & Office-IT-Support bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für alles rund um Hardware, Netzwerk und IT-Infrastruktur bei SASSYCLASSY. Du sorgst dafür, dass alle Arbeitsplätze einwandfrei funktionieren, unsere Netzwerkinfrastruktur stabil läuft und neue Mitarbeiterinnen ab Tag 1 voll ausgestattet sind. Du bist der IT-Held, den jeder im Büro kennt und auf den sich alle verlassen.

Was werde ich machen?

  • Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Wartung aller Arbeitsplätze (MacBooks, Windows-PCs, Monitore, Peripheriegeräte)
  • Administration und Pflege der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (WLAN, LAN, Switches, Firewall, VPN)
  • Verwaltung und Optimierung der Server-Infrastruktur (lokaler GPU-Server, NAS, Backup-Systeme)
  • IT-Onboarding und -Offboarding: Einrichtung und Rücknahme von Geräten, Accounts und Zugängen
  • 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für alle Mitarbeiter*innen bei Hardware- und Softwareproblemen
  • Verwaltung von SaaS-Lizenzen und Benutzerkonten (Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, Shopify etc.)
  • Bestandsverwaltung und Beschaffung von IT-Hardware und -Zubehör
  • Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit: Endpoint-Security, Passwort-Management, Backup-Strategien
  • Betreuung der Drucker, Scanner und Lager-IT (Barcode-Scanner, Label-Drucker, Pixi-WMS-Terminals)
  • Dokumentation der IT-Infrastruktur und Erstellung von Anleitungen für Mitarbeiter*innen

Was sucht ihr denn?

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatikerin für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektronikerin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Administration oder im IT-Support
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in macOS und Windows – du fühlst dich in beiden Welten zuhause
  • Erfahrung mit Netzwerkadministration (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN)
  • Kenntnisse in Linux-Server-Administration von Vorteil (Ubuntu/Debian)
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud-Diensten und SaaS-Administration (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
  • Grundverständnis für IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz (DSGVO)
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du löst Probleme gerne direkt und pragmatisch
  • Serviceorientierung und Geduld – auch wenn die Kolleg*innen zum dritten Mal nach dem WLAN-Passwort fragen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
