Wieso brauchen wir dich?

Als Senior AI & Automation Manager*in bist du die strategische Leitung unserer gesamten AI- und Automatisierungsinitiativen. Du definierst die AI-Roadmap, evaluierst neue Technologien, führst das Junior-Team und verantwortest die End-to-End-Implementierung komplexer AI-Projekte – von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live.

Was werde ich machen?

  • Entwicklung und Steuerung der unternehmensweiten AI- und Automatisierungsstrategie
  • Leitung und Mentoring des Junior AI & Automation Managers
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung komplexer, abteilungsübergreifender Automatisierungsprojekte
  • Evaluierung und Einführung neuer AI-Technologien und -Plattformen (LLMs, AI Agents, RAG-Systeme)
  • Aufbau und Pflege der AI-Infrastruktur (lokale KI-Server, Cloud-AI-Services)
  • Stakeholder-Management: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Abteilungsleitungen
  • Definition von KPIs und Erfolgsmessung aller AI-Initiativen
  • Budget-Verantwortung für AI-Tools, Lizenzen und Infrastruktur
  • Entwicklung von AI-Governance-Richtlinien und Best Practices
  • Schulungskonzepte für die gesamte Organisation im Umgang mit KI

Was sucht ihr denn?

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich AI/Automation, davon mind. 2 Jahre in leitender Funktion
  • Tiefgreifende Expertise in Automatisierungstools (Make, Zapier, n8n) und deren Orchestrierung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Prompt Engineering und strategischen Einsatz von LLMs
  • Erfahrung mit AI Agents, RAG-Systemen und modernen AI-Architekturen
  • Programmierkenntnisse in Python und/oder JavaScript
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Implementierung von AI-Projekten mit messbarem ROI
  • Starke analytische und strategische Denkweise
  • Führungserfahrung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
