Wer ist SASSYCLASSY?

Sassyclassy wächst – und wir optimieren unseren Warenfluss! Jede Kollektion hat ihre Highlights, aber auch Ware, die Platz für Neues machen muss. Wir suchen einen strategischen Kopf mit Verhandlungsgeschick, der genau weiß, wie und wo man Überbestände (Overstock) profitabel und markenschonend platziert. Du verwandelst unser Lagerinventar zurück in Liquidität.

Wieso brauchen wir dich?

Wir sind eine wachstumsstarke Fashion-Marke mit Fokus auf E-Commerce. Damit unser Lager immer bereit für neue Trends ist, brauchen wir dich als Outlet / Off-Price Manager (m/w/d). Du bist verantwortlich für die intelligente Vermarktung von Restanten, Retouren und B-Ware über alternative Kanäle (B2B, Flash-Sales, Export oder Marktplatz-Outlets).

Was werde ich machen?

Strategisches Bestandsmanagement: Du identifizierst Slow-Mover und Überhänge in enger Abstimmung mit dem Einkauf und Finance.

● Akquise & Vertrieb (B2B): Du baust ein Netzwerk an Abnehmern auf (z.B. Off- Price-Retailer, Großhändler, Export-Partner) und verkaufst Warenpakete aktiv ab.

● Pricing & Kalkulation: Du berechnest Abverkaufspreise so, dass wir den "Sweet Spot" aus Lagerbereinigung und Profitabilität treffen.

● Operative Abwicklung: Du erstellst Packlisten für B2B-Deals, koordinierst die Auslieferung mit unserer Logistik und stellst eine korrekte Abrechnung sicher.

● Markenschutz: Du achtest darauf, dass Abverkaufsmaßnahmen nicht unser reguläres Geschäft kannibalisieren (Kanalkonflikt-Management)

Was sucht ihr denn?

Erfahrung: Du hast Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Einkauf oder Bestandsmanagement (idealerweise Fashion/Lifestyle) und verstehst das Geschäft mit Restanten/Off-Price.

● Verhandlungsgeschick: Du hast Spaß am "Dealen", bist kommunikationsstark und kannst B2B-Partner überzeugen.

● Zahlenverständnis: Excel ist dein Freund. Du kannst Margen berechnen, Lagerlisten analysieren und Reports erstellen.

● Hands-on-Mentalität: Du wartest nicht ab, sondern greifst zum Hörer und findest Lösungen, um die Ware zu bewegen.

● Netzwerk: Idealerweise hast du bereits Kontakte zu Aufkäufern oder Plattformen im Off-Price-Segment (kein Muss, aber ein Plus).

● Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und verhandlungssicheres Englisch (für internationale Aufkäufer).
