Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos um(a) Farmacêutico(a) para atuar na gestão dos processos da farmácia, garantindo a segurança na dispensação de medicamentos, o controle de estoque e a qualidade da assistência farmacêutica. O profissional será responsável por supervisionar a equipe, assegurar o cumprimento das normas sanitárias e apoiar a equipe multidisciplinar na utilização segura e racional de medicamentos.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar as rotinas da farmácia e supervisionar a equipe, garantindo a segurança e a eficácia da dispensação de medicamentos aos pacientes.
  • Padronizar e controlar medicamentos, materiais e insumos utilizados na unidade, considerando critérios técnicos e econômicos.
  • Supervisionar os processos de recebimento, armazenamento, fracionamento, individualização, distribuição e controle de estoque.
  • Monitorar os níveis de estoque, solicitar reposições e acompanhar o abastecimento, evitando faltas e perdas por vencimento.
  • Controlar a movimentação de medicamentos, incluindo os sujeitos a controle especial, garantindo os registros e as escriturações exigidos pela legislação sanitária.
  • Realizar a avaliação técnica das prescrições, verificando possíveis interações medicamentosas, reações adversas e não conformidades, em articulação com a equipe médica e assistencial.
  • Orientar médicos, enfermeiros e demais profissionais sobre o uso adequado de medicamentos, incluindo posologia, conservação, diluição e possíveis efeitos colaterais.
  • Acompanhar medicamentos não administrados e apoiar a equipe assistencial na identificação e resolução de ocorrências relacionadas à farmacoterapia.
  • Atuar nos processos de farmacovigilância e tecnovigilância, contribuindo para a segurança do paciente.
  • Acompanhar o recebimento e a conferência de notas fiscais, bem como o encaminhamento da documentação ao departamento fiscal.
  • Avaliar fornecedores e tratar não conformidades relacionadas à qualidade dos produtos e serviços farmacêuticos.
  • Controlar o descarte adequado de medicamentos e materiais, conforme as normas aplicáveis.
  • Participar de reuniões multidisciplinares e discussões sobre protocolos assistenciais e planos terapêuticos.
  • Apoiar o fechamento das contas dos pacientes, fornecendo informações necessárias à apuração do faturamento mensal.
  • Ensino superior completo em Farmácia.
  • Registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Farmácia (CRF).
  • Experiência em rotinas farmacêuticas, incluindo controle de estoque, dispensação e gestão de medicamentos.
  • Conhecimento da legislação sanitária aplicável e dos procedimentos para controle de medicamentos sujeitos a controle especial.
  • Conhecimento em avaliação de prescrições, interações medicamentosas e segurança do paciente.
  • Capacidade de organização, planejamento e acompanhamento de processos.
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para atuar em equipe multidisciplinar.
  • Perfil analítico, proativo, resolutivo e atento aos detalhes.

Diferenciais: experiência em ambiente hospitalar, clínica de transição, cuidados continuados ou instituições de longa permanência; vivência com farmácia clínica e gestão de equipes.
