Grupo Opalus Saúde busca um(a) Gerente Médico para integrar sua operação em São Paulo e contribuir para a gestão médica e assistencial de pacientes idosos, crônicos e de alta complexidade.

Buscamos um profissional com visão integrada do cuidado, capacidade de articulação com equipes multiprofissionais e atuação orientada à segurança do paciente, à transição de cuidados e à desospitalização segura. Essa posição terá papel estratégico na continuidade da assistência, na governança clínica e na prevenção de internações e reinternações, mantendo uma abordagem humanizada junto aos pacientes, familiares e cuidadores.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Realizar gestão médica e assistencial em pacientes crônicos e complexos;
  • Transição de cuidados;
  • Desospitalização segura;
  • Transição para atenção domiciliar(Home Care);
  • Auditoria Médica e Governança Clínica;
  • Orientação e atenção à familiares e cuidadores;
  • Registro de evolução clínica e as condutas nos sistemas institucionais (IW);
  • Contribuir para a continuidade do cuidado e para a prevenção de internações e reinternações;
  • Relacionamento com Operadoras de Saúde e Gestão de Custo em Saúde.

• Graduação completa em Medicina; • CRM-SP ativo e regular; • Título de Especialista em Geriatria ou Residência Médica na área;
