Huishoudelijke Hulp (15 uur)

Jouw toegevoegde waarde voor onze cliënten Wij zijn op zoek naar enthousiaste medewerkers die het leuk vinden om huishoudelijke werkzaamheden te verrichten. Je werkt met verschillende cliënten. Zo werk je bij zowel bij cliënten met fysieke klachten als cliënten met bijvoorbeeld dementie. Het contact met deze mensen maakt jouw werk zo leuk en dankbaar.

Je zorgt ervoor dat de appartementen en de openbare ruimtes weer schoon zijn.

Dit is wat we jou geven

  • Een afwisselende, uitdagende baan in het zelfstandige team van de huishoudelijke dienst van Savant Hof van Bethanië in Mierlo.
  • Savant werkt volgens het Rijnlands gedachtegoed in zelfstandige teams; hieronder verstaan we dat de eigen regie bij zowel de cliënt als bij het team ligt. Vakmanschap staat hierbij centraal, we geven daarin iedereen het vertrouwen zodat hij/zij dit kan inzetten binnen de eigen expertise. De teams werken zelfstandig maar niet alleen. Als ze hulp nodig hebben, krijgen ze dat van collega's, coaches, verbinders, directie en ondersteunende teams. Door verbinding weten we de juiste mensen te vinden. Dit alles om tot (nog) betere zorg te komen.
  • Voor jou als medewerker van Savant betekent dit concreet dat je geen manager hebt in je team, waardoor je met je team o.a. het rooster vormgeeft en mag meebeslissen bij het aannemen van nieuwe collega’s.
  • Je werktijden liggen tussen 7.30-16.00 uur van maandag t/m vrijdag.
  • Je krijgt een contract voor 15 uren per week.
  • Je arbeidsovereenkomst wordt in eerste instantie aangegaan voor een jaar, na dat jaar is er uitzicht op een vast contract.
  • De functie is ingeschaald in de “Salarisschaal Hulp bij het Huishouden” vanuit de cao VVT (Tussen € 2.358,95 en € 2.859,24 o.b.v. 36 uur)
  • Daarnaast krijg je ook reiskostenvergoeding, vakantietoeslag en eindejaarsuitkering van beiden 8,33% en is er een goede pensioenregeling.

Wat breng jij mee?

Je houdt van een schone, hygiënische omgeving.

Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je goed kunt communiceren met de cliënten waar je komt, dus dat je goed Nederlands kunt spreken. Het is zeker een pré als je ervaring hebt met de doelgroep ouderen.

Om goed af te stemmen met de teams is het belangrijk dat je kunt mailen en digitaal vaardig bent.
