Job Description

Data & Reporting RH

  • Collecter, consolider et structurer les données provenant des différentes sources RH.
  • Construire et faire évoluer les tableaux de bord et indicateurs RH en structurant les données provenant de différentes sources RH.
  • Exploiter Power BI, Power Query et Excel pour transformer, analyser et restituer les données.
  • Participer à l’automatisation des reportings et à la simplification des traitements de données.

Contrôle de Gestion Sociale

  • Participer au suivi des effectifs, de la masse salariale, et de l’absentéisme.
  • Mettre en place et/ou améliorer les outils de suivis existants.
  • Produire des analyses et synthèses à destination des équipes RH.

Administration & Projets RH

Parce qu’une bonne analyse nécessite aussi de comprendre comment la donnée RH est créée et utilisée, vous participerez également à différentes activités opérationnelles :

  • Analyser et contrôler des données administratives RH afin de contribuer à l’amélioration de la qualité des données RH.
  • Participer aux différents processus RH (rémunération, …).
  • Participation à des projets transverses mêlant RH, Data et Finance.

Responsibilities

Vous préparez une formation Bac +4 / Bac+5 en Data, Contrôle de gestion, Ressources Humaines ou Système d'Information.

Vous êtes :

  • En très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques.
  • Très à l’aise avec Excel, une première expérience avec Power BI et/ou Power Query est nécessaire. Une expérience en développement (DAX ou autre langage informatique) est un véritable atout.
  • Intéressé(e) par l’automatisation et l’amélioration des outils.
  • Curieux(se) et intéressé(e) par les problématiques RH ;
  • Rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et attentif(ve) à la qualité des informations.
