A ce titre, vous interviendrez sur les sujets suivants :

  • Organiser et coordonner l’accueil, l’intégration et la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Organiser et mettre en œuvre les programmes de production
  • Réaliser les plannings du personnel selon les besoins de production
  • Faire progresser la productivité de votre secteur dans une démarche d’amélioration continue

Qualifications

  • Bac+2 en gestion de production industrielle avec expérience significative, ou jeune diplômé(e) de l’enseignement supérieur type Master professionnel ou Ingénieur Agroalimentaire
  • Expérience opérationnelle en production agroalimentaire
  • Goût du terrain, capacité relationnelle et managériale, communication et organisation
