Contrat / Statut / Classification : CDI / Technicien / Niveau 6 Localisation : Fromageries des Chaumes, site de Jurançon (64) Rattachement hiérarchique : Chef d’équipe Maintenance

Missions : Rattaché au Chef d’équipe du service, vous effectuez les opérations de maintenance sur l’ensemble des équipements et des matériels de production. Vous intervenez dans le respect des consignes de sécurité, d’hygiène et des contraintes de production pour :

Partie Maintenance : •Réaliser les opérations de maintenance curative, préventive et améliorative dans le respect des contraintes de sécurité (des personnes, des biens et produits), de sureté, de réglementation, de planification et des bonnes pratiques métier. •Analyser les pannes selon les méthodes définies, et proposer des améliorations •Réaliser les réglages nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des machines et des lignes pour participer à l'atteinte des indicateurs de performance des ateliers (ou de son atelier, selon organisation) dans le respect du produit fini et en collaboration étroite avec la production •Participer à des groupes de travail en rapport à son poste de travail et à des chantiers d'amélioration •Être force de proposition sur des améliorations techniques

Partie Soudure : •Réaliser le tri des claies par catégories (état général, format, …) •Réaliser la consignation des installations lors des interventions •Préparer le chantier au préalable •Réaliser les réparations par soudure des petits matériels de production (claie, pied de base, ...) •Être en relation avec tous les services de l’entreprise pour la planification de ses activités •Réaliser des opérations de soudure diverses sur le process de production pour remise en état standard et ou amélioration, notamment les soudures des tuyaux inox sous gaz •Procéder aux tests spinkler et assurer des petits travaux de maintenance, selon organisation •Réaliser la maintenance des transpalettes, selon organisation •Enregistrer les interventions sur la GMAO

Votre profil : •Issu(e) de formation technique de type Bac Professionnel à BTS Maintenance industrielle ou électrotechnique, vous avez des connaissances en électricité, mécanique et pneumatique. •Idéalement, vous utilisez une GMAO. •Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et le goût du travail bien fait ! •Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’équipe, votre sens de l’écoute, votre réactivité et votre rigueur. •Soudure TIG/ARC/FLAMME

Conditions spécifiques : •Horaires de journée •Base 35 heures hebdo annualisée (40H/semaine)
