Job Description

En rejoignant Savencia IT & Digital Services en tant que Technicien supervision et observabilité, tu seras au cœur de la surveillance et du bon fonctionnement du système d’information du Groupe. Au sein du Global Operations Center, tu contribueras à détecter les incidents, à apporter un premier niveau de réponse et à coordonner les actions avec les équipes IT en France et à l’international.

🚀 Missions et responsabilités

  • Gestion des consoles de supervision et d’observabilité en 24/7/365
  • Tu surveilleras les infrastructures, les réseaux, les systèmes et les applications à l’aide des outils de supervision et d’observabilité. Tu seras également impliqué dans les contrôles de sécurité du bâtiment hébergeant le DATA Center du site.
  • Tu détecteras, analyseras et diagnostiqueras les incidents liés aux systèmes, aux réseaux, aux applications ou à la cybersécurité.
  • Tu assureras un premier niveau d’intervention et escaladeras les incidents vers les équipes spécialisées si nécessaire.
  • Tu surveilleras les traitements applicatifs et réaliseras des opérations courantes telles que des redémarrages, des restaurations ou des interventions simples en base de données.
  • Tu appliqueras les consignes d’exploitation et mettras à jour les bases de suivi des événements, des incidents et des configurations.
  • Tu échangeras avec les équipes IT locales, les responsables informatiques et les prestataires externes afin de contribuer à la résolution des incidents.

Qualifications

Profil recherché

  • Tu disposes d’une formation en informatique, systèmes ou réseaux et tu as une bonne culture informatique et un intérêt pour la cybersécurité et la gestion des incidents.
  • Tu possèdes des connaissances en supervision, réseaux et environnements Windows et Linux.
  • Tu es rigoureux, organisé, curieux et doté d’un bon esprit d’analyse. Tu apprécies le travail en équipe, tu communiques clairement et tu sais faire preuve d’autonomie.
  • Tu maîtrises le français et tu peux échanger en anglais dans un contexte professionnel.
