Obecnie szukamy osób do naszego zespołu sprzedaży telefonicznej i czatu — osób komunikatywnych, zaangażowanych i nastawionych na relacje z klientem.

Stanowisko: Specjalista / Specjalistka ds. sprzedaży złota i biżuterii

Lokalizacja: Lublin Godziny pracy:

- Infolinia: poniedziałek–piątek, zmiany w przedziale 8:00–20:00 (praca głównie stacjonarna) - Czat: poniedziałek–niedziela, zmiany w przedziale 8:00–24:00 - praca hybrydowa (zmiany popołudniowe oraz weekendowe - zdalnie)

Na czym będzie polegać Twoja praca?

  • kontakt z klientami zainteresowanymi zakupem biżuterii premium,
  • prowadzenie rozmów telefonicznych oraz obsługa klientów na czacie i mailu,
  • doradzanie klientom i pomoc w wyborze odpowiedniej biżuterii,
  • budowanie pozytywnych doświadczeń zakupowych,
  • aktywna sprzedaż i realizacja celów,
  • dbanie o wysoką jakość obsługi zgodną ze standardami marki SAVICKI,
  • poznawanie naszych kolekcji, produktów i trendów jubilerskich.

Szukamy osób, które:

  • lubią kontakt z ludźmi i swobodnie prowadzą rozmowy
  • mają energię do działania i motywację do osiągania wyników,
  • potrafią słuchać potrzeb klienta,
