Do naszego salonu w Warszawie poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Kierownika Salonu, która z pasją poprowadzi zespół, zadba o doświadczenie klienta klasy premium oraz realizację ambitnych celów sprzedażowych.

Twoje kluczowe zadania:

  • zarządzanie pracą salonu i zespołu doradców
  • realizacja celów sprzedażowych i jakościowych oraz budowanie lokalnego wizerunku marki
  • bieżąca analiza wyników i wdrażanie działań zwiększających sprzedaż
  • aktywna sprzedaż doradcza oraz budowanie długofalowych relacji z klientami
  • rozwój, motywowanie i coaching zespołu sprzedażowego
  • dbanie o najwyższe standardy obsługi klienta i zgodność z procedurami SAVICKI
  • planowanie grafików, raportowanie i organizacja pracy salonu
  • prowadzenie rekrutacji i wdrażanie nowych pracowników

Oczekiwania:

  • doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem w sprzedaży detalicznej (mile widziany segment premium)
  • potrafi rozwijać ludzi i budować zaangażowanie zespołu
  • umie planować i realizować cele sprzedażowe
  • działa w oparciu o wyniki i wskaźniki
  • reprezentuje wysoki poziom kultury obsługi klienta
  • jest dobrze zorganizowana i odpowiedzialna
  • swobodnie korzysta z narzędzi komputerowych (MS Office)
  • wykazuje inicjatywę i nastawienie na rozwój
