Do naszego salonu w Katowicach poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Doradca klienta ds. złota i biżuterii, która będzie towarzyszyć klientom w wyborze biżuterii na wyjątkowe okazje, dbając o najwyższy standard obsługi i pozytywne doświadczenie zakupowe.

Twoimi głównymi zadaniami będą:

  • profesjonalna obsługa klientów w salonie
  • doradztwo w wyborze biżuterii (m.in. pierścionki zaręczynowe, obrączki, biżuteria okolicznościowa)
  • budowanie relacji z klientami oraz dbanie o ich pozytywne doświadczenie
  • realizacja celów sprzedażowych
  • dbanie o estetykę salonu i ekspozycję produktów
  • kontakt z klientami także telefonicznie i mailowo

  • Doświadczenie w sprzedaży bezpośredniej (mile widziana branża dóbr luksusowych)
  • Komunikatywności i umiejętności budowania relacji,
  • Umiejętności obsługi komputera i kasy fiskalnej,
  • Wysokiej kultury osobistej,
  • Nastawienia na osiąganie celów i wyników,
  • Umiejętności pracy w zespole,
  • Dyspozycyjności i elastyczności,
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy na celach sprzedażowych i targetach.
