## Job Summary As a Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and evolve hospitality products and platforms. Your role involves understanding customer needs and market dynamics, anticipating changes, and helping to shape product and investment strategies to meet organizational goals.

## Responsibilities - Product Strategy & Roadmap Planning - Support the creation of the hospitality product vision and strategy. - Carry out product strategy to meet short-, mid-, and long-term business goals. - Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to define requirements that deliver measurable value. - Stay informed about changing customer and industry needs to contribute to commercial strategy for product enhancements. - Utilize customer insights to shape product features and improve adoption and satisfaction.

  • Product Development
  • Support the development of business requirements and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Balance business needs with technical feasibility and recommend alternative approaches when necessary.
  • Work within product and project priorities to meet delivery targets.
  • Partner with engineering teams to guide technical projects, define scope, prioritize features, and set acceptance criteria.
  • Communicate product vision to ensure alignment with strategy.
  • Go-To-Market Enablement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate product changes and their impact.
  • Support product training and enablement across the organization.
  • Contribute to product value propositions, go-to-market strategy, pricing, and messaging.
  • This role may occasionally involve business travel, with flexibility considered.

## Qualifications - Experience: - 2–3 years in Product Management or related roles, ideally in B2B or technology-driven environments. - Experience working with agile development teams and managing multiple priorities.

  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A master’s degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge:
  • Understanding of market research, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market planning.

## Preferred Skills - Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities. - Ability to collaborate and align diverse stakeholders. - Focus on delivering measurable customer value.

## Experience - 2–3 years in Product Management or related roles is preferred.
