Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist aktiver Teil des IT Service Desk Teams und bearbeitest Second- und Third-Level-Incidents
  • Du stellst die effiziente, zuverlässige und SLA-konforme Bearbeitung der Dir zugewiesenen Tickets sicher und behältst dabei Durchlaufzeiten sowie Servicequalität im Blick
  • Du überwachst und analysierst die IT-Infrastruktur und sorgst für eine strukturierte Fehleranalyse und nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung
  • Du unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden des Service Desk im operativen Tagesgeschäft und fungierst als Mentor:in für den First-Level-Support
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Administration von Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory und Entra ID
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Verwaltung und den Betrieb von Servern auf Basis von Windows und Linux sowie für Virtualisierungstechnologien wie VMware
  • Du setzt IT-Security konsequent im operativen Betrieb um, insbesondere durch die Integration von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen in Infrastruktur, Endpoints und IT-Prozesse
  • Du entwickelst unsere Microsoft 365-, Intune- und Endpoint-Management-Umgebung sicher, effizient und zukunftsfähig weiter
  • Du wirkst aktiv an Patch-, Hardening-, Monitoring-, Backup- und Incident-Prozessen mit
  • Du unterstützt bei ISMS- und Compliance-Anforderungen und trägst dazu bei, Sicherheits- und Betriebsprozesse nachvollziehbar, standardisiert und auditfähig umzusetzen
  • Du begleitest IT-Projekte – von der technischen Bewertung über die Einführung bis zur Integration in den laufenden Betrieb

Du bringst mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in den genannten Aufgabenbereichen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure und Intune zur Verwaltung mobiler Endgeräte und Clients
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Administration und im Betrieb von Windows- und Linux-Serverumgebungen.
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien, idealerweise VMware
  • Sicheres Know-how in den Bereichen Netzwerk, IT-Sicherheit, Monitoring sowie Patch- und Endpoint-Management
  • Erfahrung in der operativen Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, insbesondere im Bereich Hardening, Schwachstellenbehebung, Endpoint Security und sicherem Infrastruktur-Betrieb
  • Grundverständnis für ISMS-, Compliance- und Dokumentationsanforderungen sowie die Bereitschaft, diese im operativen IT-Betrieb aktiv mit umzusetzen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ITSM-Prozessen und serviceorientierter Ticketbearbeitung, idealerweise im Second- und Third-Level-Support
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen Unterstützung oder im Mentoring von Kolleg:innen im Service Desk ist von Vorteil
  • Von Vorteil sind Kenntnisse in PowerShell sowie Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Freude daran, neue Technologien kennenzulernen, bestehende Lösungen weiterzuentwickeln und den IT-Betrieb aktiv zu verbessern
