Das erwartet Dich

  • Technische Umsetzung von Designentwürfen in produktionsreife Bekleidungskonzepte und Erstellung aussagekräftiger Tech Packs für unsere internationalen Produktionspartner
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Produktunterlagen, einschließlich technischer Beschreibungen, Stücklisten, Maßtabellen und Schnittzuordnungen
  • Steuerung und Koordination des gesamten technischen Entwicklungsprozesses – von der Prototypenentwicklung über Salesman Samples bis zur Produktionsfreigabe
  • Anlage und Pflege von Stammdaten sowie Produkt- und Modelldokumentationen in den relevanten Systemen und Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produzenten sowie internen Schnittstellen aus Produktmanagement, Design, Qualitätssicherung und Beschaffung
  • Technischer Ansprechpartner für Fragen rund um Verarbeitung, Qualität, Funktionalität, Passform und technische Umsetzbarkeit
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Schöffel Qualitäts-, Passform- und Produktstandards sowie Integration neuer Technologien und Verarbeitungsmethoden
  • Eigenverantwortliche Weiterentwicklung der Produkte hinsichtlich Funktionalität, Qualität und Verarbeitung
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Produktkosten im Rahmen des Target-Costing-Prozesses
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Kommunikation und Umsetzung aller Entwicklungsschritte bis zur Serienreife
  • Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung und Steuerung bereichsübergreifender Themenstellungen und aktive Optimierung von Prozessen und Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Vorleben unserer Unternehmenswerte und aktive Umsetzung der Schöffel-Kompetenzen

Du bringst mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bekleidungstechnik oder Textiltechnologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der technischen Produktentwicklung, idealerweise im Bereich Sport- oder Funktionsbekleidung
  • Begeisterung und Marktverständnis für Outdoor- und Skisport
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Verarbeitungstechniken und -standards für funktionelle Bekleidung, Passformbeurteilung und Gradierung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD-Schnittsystemen – Kenntnisse in der 3D Entwicklung von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, PDM-/PLM-Systemen und Adobe Illustrator
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationsstärke sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Reisebereitschaft zu internationalen Produktionsstandorten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
