in dieser abwechslungsreichen Position hautnah an unseren Kunden und bist durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam und dem Produkt Team ein wichtiger Teil unseres Vertriebsprozesses.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du punktest mit Expertise und Überzeugungskraft
  • Du präsentierst mit Leidenschaft unsere Kollektion und führst gezielt durch die USP unserer textilen Lösungen beim Kunden als auch bei Messen und Events
  • Du pflegst proaktiv bestehende Kundenbeziehungen, baust neue Kunden auf, und begeisterst unsere bestehenden Händler und Anwender:innen
  • Du analysierst und planst Kundenbedarfe, erstellst und pflegst Verkaufskonzepte für langfristige Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Du bist das Ohr am Markt, analysierst ihn und generierst Ideen für Produkt und Präsentation im stationären und digitalen Handel
  • Du strukturierst Dich und Deine Projekte in Salesforce u.a. durch die Erfassung von Leads und Accounts sowie der Erfassung und Pflege von Kundenbestellungen
  • Du erstellst Vertriebsangebote in Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsinnendienst und stellst gemeinsam eine reibungslose Kundenbetreuung und Auftragsabwicklung sicher
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Product & Development zusammen, insbesondere zur Kollektions- und SMU-Entwicklung

Du bringst mit

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbares Studium
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb B2B MIL & LE sowie hohe Affinität zur MIL & LE Branche und Einsatzbekleidung
  • Ausgeprägte Vertriebsfähigkeiten: Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie, Leidenschaft und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise, sicheres Auftreten und hohe Teamfähigkeit
  • Du bist und fühlst Dich in Deinem Vertriebsgebiet zuhause, kennst die Strukturen der qualifizierten Händlerlandschaft und hast Erfahrung im Aufbau von Handelsstrukturen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Microsoft Navision und/oder Salesforce
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationsstärke, Kostenbewusstsein (KPI) sowie Flexibilität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
