  • SHE Performance Management and Continuous Improvement: Establishes, monitors and reviews site-specific SHE objectives, performance indicators and improvement plans, using data analysis, performance reviews and structured follow-up to drive measurable and sustained improvements.
  • Site SHE Leadership and Capability Development: Provides functional leadership, coaching and technical guidance to site SHE professionals, strengthening technical competencies, leadership effectiveness and the ability to influence operational teams and deliver results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Technical Support: Partners with regional supply chain leadership, plant managers, engineering and operations teams to integrate SHE requirements into manufacturing processes, equipment modifications, capital projects and operational improvement initiatives. Provides practical technical support on complex SHE risks and challenges.
  • SHE Management Systems and Audit Readiness: Ensures effective deployment and continual improvement of SHE management systems, compliance calendars, preventive maintenance, risk assessments, inspections and documentation, maintaining accurate objective evidence to demonstrate compliance with SC Johnson standards and applicable legislation.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
