Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Compliance Apprentice to join our Finance Technology team. You will contribute to innovative initiatives leveraging Data, Artificial Intelligence, and enterprise technologies to support the compliance of Finance processes across SCOR. Working alongside Finance Technology, Operations, and Business teams, you will gain hands-on experience on strategic projects involving critical solutions, data platforms and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Documentation of audited controls In relation with the Finance Control and Quality Engineering Lead and the different Delivery Leads of each Product you will:

  • Document existing controls subject of internal or external audit (functional access to applications, technical access to databases and servers, change management…).
  • Map these controls with auditors’ findings.
  • Describe the procedures in place by application to provide evidence for these controls.

Solution Implementation

In relation with the Finance Integration and Automation Engineering Lead you will:

  • Define and implement solutions leveraging on automation and AI to produce the evidence for compliance controls.
  • Schedule these solutions to address a “Continuous Control” ambition and secure high-quality ahead of the audit exercises.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a post-secondary qualification in IT, or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in Data, AI, and digital transformation.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Curious, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
