## Job Summary The Process Delivery & Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of process services aligned with client requirements. This role involves managing team performance, maintaining quality standards, overseeing daily reporting, and facilitating training and development initiatives. The position contributes to achieving organizational goals by ensuring efficient process execution, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

## Responsibilities - Process Updates: Understand client requirements, implement process changes accordingly, and train the team on updates. - Production & Quality Delivery: Ensure team meets quality standards and production targets as per client SLA; allocate resources effectively; conduct random quality checks; share error reports; and facilitate feedback and training sessions. - MIS Management: Generate, analyze, and present monthly delivery reports; update daily attendance; monitor internal production metrics; and communicate performance feedback to the team. - Team Management: Build positive relationships with team members; motivate and engage the team; conduct performance reviews; identify and groom potential resources for advancement; recognize and reward team efforts. - Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular team meetings; evaluate monthly and annual performance; identify training needs; and develop RCA (Root Cause Analysis) & POA (Plan of Action) for issues. - Training and Development: Conduct process training for new hires and updates; facilitate on-the-job training; and oversee assessments and certification processes.

## Qualifications - Educational Qualification: Basic Graduation or Diploma in any stream. - Experience: - ATL (Assistant Team Lead): 3-4 years - TL (Team Lead): 3-5 years - Sr. TL (Senior Team Lead): 6+ years - AM (Assistant Manager): 8+ years - Technical Skills: Good command of MS Office; experience with process and client management. - Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Kannada. - Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; adaptability; people management skills; ability to handle process and client requirements.

## Preferred Skills - Strong leadership and team management capabilities. - Ability to analyze data and generate reports. - Effective training and coaching skills. - Problem-solving and root cause analysis expertise. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

## Experience Minimum of 3 years for ATL level, up to 8+ years for Assistant Manager level, with relevant experience in process delivery, team management, and client interaction.

## Environment The role involves working in a process-driven environment, potentially in an office setting or a hybrid model. The position requires active engagement with team members and stakeholders, with a focus on maintaining quality and productivity standards.
