Senior Engagement Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Engagement Manager will lead a team of Client Engagement Managers to support and grow relationships with large and mid-enterprise clients. The role focuses on revenue realization, account expansion, and building strong client relationships through strategic engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will contribute to increasing business revenue potential, minimizing churn, and fostering social impact through purpose-led workforce engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue growth targets for accounts managed by your team, focusing on large and mid-enterprise clients.
  • Lead and manage a team of associates, leads, and engagement managers, overseeing client portfolios.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and strategic goals, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Organize and lead client engagement activities, including business reviews, workshops, project updates, proposals, and presentations.
  • Take ownership of client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align project goals with client expectations and ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience in client engagement, strategy consulting, or startup environments.
  • Strong communication and articulation skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience working with mid/large global customers (preferred).
  • Passion for social impact and belief in purpose-led workforce engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple client relationships.
  • Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (specific degree not specified).

  • Exposure to working with international or global clients.
  • Experience in program management and client relationship building.
  • Ability to drive initiatives that increase revenue and reduce churn.
