## Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives to enhance portfolio company performance. - Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify potential exit opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance and support expansion plans. - Prepare detailed financial models and valuation analyses to assess exit scenarios. - Engage with potential buyers and investors to facilitate successful exit transactions.

## Qualifications - 5-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking or wealth management. - Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and valuation. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Proven track record in managing growth initiatives and exit strategies. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

## Preferred Skills - Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) would be advantageous. - Familiarity with venture capital processes and portfolio management.

## Experience - Minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years of experience in relevant fields.
