Key Responsibilities • Extract and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights on revenue, growth, margins, ROAS, etc. • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key business metrics for different channels and product categories • Lead or support deep-dive analyses to solve specific business questions or challenges • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and performance tracking • Manage end-to-end weekly and monthly review processes—data collection, validation, and meeting coordination • Continuously improve data workflows for better accuracy and efficiency • Take up projects for improving operational efficiencies and margins Qualifications • MBA in Finance or Business • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role, preferably in a startup environment • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions), Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau) is a plus • Strong understanding of business metrics and performance measurement. • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication skills to convey data-driven insights.
