QA Lead – Automation Focus

## Company Overview We are a fast-growing, Series B funded B2B platform headquartered in Bangalore, building cutting-edge products that power businesses at scale.

## Job Summary The QA Lead will be responsible for owning the QA strategy with a strong emphasis on automation, enhancing our quality engineering processes, and mentoring a team of QA engineers. This role will contribute significantly to our rapid expansion and the delivery of high-quality releases, ensuring product stability and performance.

## Responsibilities - Own the QA strategy with a strong focus on automation over manual testing. - Design, implement, and scale automation frameworks for web and mobile applications. - Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to deliver high-quality releases. - Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate testing into the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. - Define and track quality metrics to ensure product stability and performance.

## Qualifications - 8–14 years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in a lead role. - Strong expertise in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, REST Assured, etc. - Hands-on experience with API testing, CI/CD processes, and performance testing. - Proven ability to reduce manual testing efforts by implementing scalable automation solutions. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

## Preferred Skills - Experience in leading QA initiatives in a B2B environment. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

## Experience - Minimum of 8–14 years of relevant QA experience, including significant time in a leadership position.

## Environment - The role is based in Bangalore, in a fast-paced startup environment.
