Als Juridisch Databankbeheerder kom je terecht in het Knowledge Management Team. Het team bestaat uit 8 collega’s en een teamleader. Jullie zijn onderdeel van het Knowledge Centre, het juridisch kloppend hart van SD Worx waar we de complexe HR juridische realiteit toepasbaar maken voor professionals, ondernemers en medewerkers.

Over de functie: De Juridisch Databankbeheerder bij SD Worx zorgt voor het invoeren, structureren en controleren van juridische teksten in de Legal Knowledge base. Je bewerkt content uit o.a. het Belgisch Staatsblad tot heldere eindproducten voor klanten, bewaakt de kwaliteit en werkt nauw samen met collega’s en juridische stakeholders.

In nauwe samenwerking met je collega’s heb je volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

· Het invoeren en gestructureerd borgen van juridische teksten in de Legal Knowledge base. Deze juridische teksten zijn afkomstig uit het Belgisch Staatsblad, collectieve arbeidsovereenkomsten, vakliteratuur, enz.

· Het bewerken en modelleren van invoergegevens om tot het gewenste resultaat te komen in de raadpleegtools die door onze klanten worden gebruikt. Met creatieve flair geef je via onze invoerprocessen vorm aan de eindproducten voor onze klanten waarbij de kwaliteit voorop staat.

· Het proeflezen van de juridische teksten die we in onze raadpleegtools verwerken.

· De kwaliteitscontroles op foutloze schrijftaal en tekstopmaak.

· Het vergelijken van juridische teksten aan de hand van een vergelijkings- en OCR-tool.

· Het up to date houden van de parameters in de Legal Knowledge base.

· Vlot communiceren enerzijds met de teamleden van het Knowledge Management Team en anderzijds met onze stakeholders die de juridische inhoud aanleveren waarmee wij aan de slag gaan.

Wat heb je te bieden:

· Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs aangevuld met vervolmakingsonderwijs of een gelijkwaardige beroepservaring.

· Je beschikt over talent om vlot en efficiënt met een groot gamma aan inputtools te werken.

· Je bent bereid te leren werken met diverse softwarepakketten waaronder CKeditor, XMetaL, Abbyy FineReader, Beyond Compare, SmartOCR.

· Je hebt een grondige kennis van Microsoft Office 365.

· Je hebt een perfecte kennis van het Nederlands. Een Franse basiskennis heb je nodig. Ben je hier niet helemaal top in, toon dan je bereidheid om bij te leren op dat vlak.

· Repetitief werk is voor jou geen probleem. Ook dan ben je nauwgezet en blijf je oog hebben voor detail.

· Deadlines zijn er zeker maar het schrikt je niet af. Je kan omgaan met piekmomenten.

· Je bent een uitgesproken teamplayer die georganiseerd en autonoom kan werken.

· We heten je graag welkom als voltijdse collega in ons team in Antwerpen.
